Temper Seal Faces a Full Scratch Over a Chapter It Filed as Weather

Eleven days to keep the Crown stamp. The night clerk left Drill 7 in the drawer.

The scratch request hit the Seal Works floor at 16:40, eight minutes behind the west relay and damp at the corner. Twenty pages. One charge. Eleven days on the clock. The Dry Bench of the Canterlot Council told the Crown Office of Seals that the Associated Temper Seal had written Lamp Street into its training canon as a standing grievance. The remedy in the letter is the stamp. Pull the Crown recognition and 163 temper schools lose the mark a graduate needs to sit the license and draw the public purse.

Lamp Street keeps the Saturday close and the old argument about a far shore. The page at issue is Canon 7, page 19. The press bay has been filing that page under weather since the relay. On the night sheet it is a placing.

Crew chief Nen Colter runs the late shift. Her name stays off the annual card. She had the drawer open when the ribbon came down from the director's floor.

"They wanted Canon 7 in the wind file at 21:10," Colter said. "Wind file is for a shift that missed its hour. Page 19 assigns a drill. It stayed in the drawer."

The drill is numbered 7. Trainees coach a client out of a hereditary grievance. The sample file scrapes the names and leaves the lamps. A margin note in the director's pen calls the exercise climate. Colter logged the note at 21:16 and went back to the stack. Forty-two school files were still short a second reader. The letter was a schedule that had slipped its slot.

Factory director Pollen Vetch took the poster corner at 17:05. The remarks ran six minutes. He said the Works would listen at volume. A cart at his left shoulder held 400 sashes, cloud-thread, LISTENING woven through in silver. In the lobby a clerk pedals a chime. The chime runs nine seconds. The log marks the visitor heard. At 18:00 the chime stood at 31. The drawer stood at one page.

Reserve examiner Ivo Bramble is the flier the card leaves off. He takes the schools the senior list skips. He reads on the shuttle between sittings.

"Page 19 tells the trainee the lamps are a symptom," Bramble said. "I have carried twelve Lamp Street files to a pass in four years. Eleven came back from the floor above mine with a tone mark and a blank citation."

Councilor Harl Sedge gave the steps version at 17:40. Eighteen minutes. He named the hatred, the stamp, and the eleven days. The letter's first nineteen pages run the charge in chorus. The drill number sits in the appendix. Committee moved the letter 19 to 7. The full Bench sits on the 9th. The Crown Office is the desk that spends recognition.

Ribbon Cade put a four-paragraph note on the rail before dusk. Reviews were current. Findings were clear. Lamp Street remained a partner in calm. She told the rail the Works held zero open bias placements, and called any other figure a weather misunderstanding. The sash cart stuck on the lobby track while she spoke. It took two clerks to lift.

Colter's night book holds the placements. Fourteen slips from Lamp Street trainees across two seasons, all fourteen on hold for the director. The bias panel sat eleven times this season and adjourned eleven times. Six reason lines read poster rehearsal. Five read chime test. Bramble copied them into the reserve book.

The schools ran the purse math before the chime hit 31. A stamp costs 2,200 bits a year. The placing that spends the stamps is set for the 14th. Lose recognition before that date and the sitting leaves the sheet. Three schools on Bramble's list wrote him before midnight about a candidate already in the chair. He answered from the shuttle. The rule is the stamp on the day of the sitting.

Vetch's second statement posted at 23:12. It called the eleven days ample weather for dialogue and invited the public to the lobby chime. Colter locked the drawer at 01:40. The wind file held zero pages. Forty-two second reads were done. The morning card leaves the press bay at 06:00, on the relay that ran late today.

The renewal annex sits under the card copy. The Works owes it to the Crown Office on the 6th. Bramble holds the reserve copy, which is how the late shift checks a poster against a sheet. The annex lists Lamp Street candidates over three years.

The Works stamped 2 of 86.
